After completing the new addition at Lacrosse High School, the general contractor called Pro Stripe Parking Lot Maintenance to handle the striping. Their usual contractor canceled on them, but we were able to step in on short notice. Using the skid steer they had left on-site to prep the area, we laid out and painted a completely new parking lot layout with crisp, ADA-compliant lines ensuring safety, function, and curb appeal for the project.
BEFORE AND AFTER

3 PHASE PROCESS

PHASE 1: PREPARING THE SURFACE
To prepare the surface for restriping and crack sealing, we pressure washed the drive lanes thoroughly and treated the remaining parts of the parking lot. This deep cleaning removed all grime and buildup, leaving the area bright, fresh, and ready for the next steps.
PHASE 2: PROTECTING AND SEALING CRACKS
We use high-grade polyurethane Sealant to seal cracks in concrete surfaces, providing a flexible and durable barrier against water and debris. This premium sealant adapts to the natural expansion and contraction of concrete, preventing further damage and extending the lifespan of the pavement.

PHASE 3: PAINTING PARKING LINES, MARKINGS, AND ADA PARKING SPOTS
We painted crisp, durable parking lot lines and applied clear stenciling for ADA stalls, directional arrows, and traffic control. This ensured a safe, organized, and welcoming parking area for Western State Bank’s staff and customers.
