SNJ Bank of Kansas

The project involved pressure washing all concrete surfaces to remove dirt, grime, and buildup, followed by fresh line striping throughout the lot. ADA stalls and directional markings were also repainted to improve organization and compliance. The end result is a clean, safe, and professional-looking parking area that reflects the bank’s high standards for appearance and accessibility.

2 PHASE PROJECT

PHASE 1: CLEANING AND PREPARING THE SURFACE

Before painting, we cleaned the entire parking lot with a full-surface pressure wash to remove dirt, oil stains, and surface buildup. This gave us a clean, solid foundation for striping and ensured the paint would bond properly for long-lasting results.

PHASE 2: PAINTING PARKING LINES, MARKINGS, AND ADA PARKING SPOTS

We applied sharp, long-lasting striping throughout the lot, along with clear stencils for ADA spaces, and traffic flow. The updated markings created a clean, easy-to-navigate layout for both staff and visitors at SNJ Bank of Kansas.

PROJECT SUMMARY

We applied fresh, high-visibility line striping across all stalls, ADA spaces, and directional markings.

We repainted all parking stall lines and ADA-accessible spaces to create a clear and organized layout throughout the lot. The bold, high-visibility lines gave the property a clean, professional look that enhances both safety and first impressions for SNJ Bank’s customers and staff.
